Cold pressed retain healthy antioxidants that are otherwise damaged by being exposed to heat. Antioxidants help combat free radicals that cause cell damage in the body. Most cold pressed oils are rich in vitamin E, which has anti-inflammatory and healing properties. They are also rich sources of oleic acid that help boost your immune system.

Proper ratio of Omega 3 and Omega 6 is maintained in cold pressed oils. Since heat is not used in the process, all nutrients of oil seeds extracted are fully retained in the oil.
Cold pressed oil tends to increase HDL (High Density Cholesterol) and lower LDL (Low Density Cholesterol) which leads to an increase in much needed greasiness which improves your skin; control its oiliness; reduce usage of toxic creams on skin also reduce blockages of hearts, lungs and other vital organs; promotes longer and healthy life and also reduce arthritis; common problem knee dislocation and thus, helps reduce more ailments that people are suffering from a longer duration.
Higher presence of Mono and Poly Unsaturated fats in these oils helps easy secretion of harmful fats which tends to reduce further ailments in the body Unlike ghee, which tends to increase saturated fats and with ghee's higher consumption it may lead to obesity in people.
